Government Overreach in Our Schools
Freedom of Commerce is recommending parents pull their children out of mandatory vaccination public schools and place them in a safe environment using Conservative/Patriotic home school programs. We are looking to the Christian churches to provide some of the safe places for children to be home schooled. Not necessarily a church school, just a safe place for our children to learn. Already, there are many churches willing to accommodate home schooling parents who naturally, have the final say over their child's safety and education. Parents should ask that Christian churches open their doors and protect these children from the increasingly dangerous public schools.
The CDC has no province over our children and their mandatory vaccination decrees are becoming increasingly dangerous. Freedom of Commerce USA recommends patriotic home schooling programs provided by many of our trusted associates like Hillsdale College, Exodus mandate, and Dr. Ron Paul. Please check them out on our website.
The ideal educators are parents, but they may turn over some of the teaching to trusted experts. We will be sharing useful information on the website to assist those who have not homeschooled, but want to. Keep in mind that almost all of our founding fathers were first taught at home. My husband and I are college professors (I am now retired) and we have taught many homeschooled students. These young people perform well in their college classes. We also homeschooled our two daughters. One is now a tennis pro and the other is a college professor, currently taking a break to rear my grandson." Homeschooling is a rewarding process that will benefit your children for the rest of their lives.

DECLARATION OF FREEDOM
We the people of the 50 free states of The United States of America do hereby proclaim freedom as a gift from God almighty, as all rights are derived only from God and bind all Government bureaucrats and elected officials to one sole purpose, to wit, as servants to the sovereign people who live in this great nation; and do declare that our nation enjoyed its greatest freedom at its inception when our only national laws were the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights because laws and regulations can only restrict or modify freedom.
Therefore, we agree to have a moratorium on new laws and regulations and begin eliminating the more than five million laws on the books because they are so convoluted that they can only confuse rather than clarify, and have become a burden to the people who want to follow, but struggle to comply, because no one can easily navigate through the maze of laws and regulations currently on the books.
Given the above problems created by too many laws burdening the citizens of this great nation, we declare that the people are the sovereigns of this nation and all government bureaucrats and elected officials must have the permission of the people in conducting their business and that all said business be solely to the benefit of the people since their inalienable rights are derived only from God and were never meant to be derived from Government.
Both elected and appointed leaders who work against the people in any way may be recalled by referendum with a majority vote and their bureaucratic positions may be eliminated by a majority vote as well.
Special favors given or received by said officials should be declared illegal and punished more severely because they have violated the sacred trust between the servants and the people; and as a candidate for office one agrees with the entirety of the above.

Hosted by National President Eugene Yu President Eugene Yu presided over what has been described as a delightful experience. There were very intelligent participants as President Yu allowed each to present what were penetrating insight on the peoples need to be free from Communism in all of its Draconian forms, as well as report on progress of Freedom of Commerce locally, nationally and internationally. Freedom of Commerce is all about family and all about treating all its members and all its associates as family and making sure all interactions no matter how big or how small are win win for all involved. Networking with a new four hour television broadcast in Washington DC with Pastor James Daniel Shinn, and progress on our film Documentary "Freedom of Commerce the Founding", networking to help our member businesses receive up to $26,000 Reimbursement per employee headed by Chris Lawton. Safe care home schools and safe care medical centers are in the mix for us to help facilitate. We had two national Champion Taekwondo GrandMasters in attendance, a presentation on Gold backed currency by Helen Heinle from Dawsonville, and a report on Korean participation with Freedom of Commerce's Chris Yi past president "Chamber of Commerce Korea". Chairman of the Board Dr Christina Jeffrey reported her ongoing discussion with her brother-in-law Dr. Doug Jeffrey, second in command at Hillsdale College, to have President Eugene Yu as guest speaker and publishing his speech in Hillsdale College's 'Imprimis'. President Eugene Yu is a great spokesman for our Christian Conservative causes and everyone at the meeting were also great speakers for Freedom of Commerce, foremost among these were great orators such as TMOT (The Minister of Truth) Derrick Grayson, future Governor Brant Frost V, our Chairman of the Board Dr Christina Jeffrey, our common sense scientist Jayre Jones, Pastor James Daniel Shinn, Chris Yi, Greg Hicks, Pastor Larry Otto and his patriot wife Alyson. Additional great speakers were John Lee, Jay Lee, Wyatt Lamm, Terry Sweeney, and Ken Ross.
Our website is greatly improved thanks to Bill Rainey and others and expect continued improvements going forward. Don't forget Patriot Pastor Larry Otto is looking for a Church home. Thank you for those that came from great distances to be part of this very important organization "Freedom of Commerce", and for those who could not make it mark your calendars so you can be at our many events and meetings in the future. A special thanks to our Christian poet and Radio broadcaster Frank King for helping transport folks with car trouble (me). Frank King has 40 years of valuable sales and advertising skills in Radio that Freedom of Commerce urgently needs. President Yu is the right one to lead Freedom of Commerce toward its many aspirations and vaulted goals. He is known as the 'Teflon President' because even when he misspeaks, his earnest and exuberant personality makes all forgivable. In addition, the irresponsible behavior of the establishment media that published the arrest on voter fraud of a Chinese Communist by the name of Eugene Yu and even mistakenly published a picture of our very own Patriot President Eugene as the criminal, is being met with a $100 million dollar lawsuit. Economic loss, pain and suffering and punitive damages are being sought to cover the expense of this irresponsible case of obvious slander and libel. National President Eugene Yu is complimented by our wonderful Chairman of the Board, Dr. Christina Jeffrey lending her Southern Charm and grace to a most worthy endeavor!

A case of MISTAKEN IDENTITY
Is a case of the the 'good Eugene Yu' being taken for the 'bad Eugene Yu'. They have the same name but that's where the Similarities ends.
The 'bad Eugene Yu' is from China and represents a Communist China corporation that is deeply implicated in U.S. election fraud and was recently arrested in Michigan.
The "good Eugene Yu" is Korean, Born and raised near Augusta GEORGIA by hard working parents who loved everything about America and the family went about carving out their American dream.
Our Eugene Yu was a star student while working after school jobs and another job on the weekends. After high school he went to College, then joined the army, serving as a Military Police Officer. Started his on business, growing to over 450 employees. He ran for United States Senate and served as President of a 2.5 million member patriotic association "Freedom American U.S.A." and presently serves as the National President "Freedom of Commerce", a worldwide AMERICA FIRST non-profit corporation and whose goal is to truly prosper the small and midsize businesses that the Chamber of Commerce are poorly serving because they only favor their big multinational corporation friends.

A Case of Mistake Identity
On 3 October 2022, the New York Times published an article titled “How a Tiny Elections Company Became a Conspiracy Theory Target” by Stuart A. Thompson. This article was about “election deniers” who had woven a fanciful “conspiracy theory” about how election logistics software company Konnech and its ethnically Chinese CEO Eugene Yu “had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government backdoor access to personal data about two million poll workers in the (U.S.).” The article lamented that these near baseless conspiracy claims had grown online to such an extent that threatening communications forced the poor Mr. Yu and his family into hiding (though they did admit that Konnech formerly owned a Chinese subsidiary, “Jinhua Yulian Network Technology,” which had done the actual software development). This article appears to have been a reflexively defensive action by a leftist digital journalist intended to defend the perceived integrity of the 2020 elections against the “Big Lie” that there exist pervasive and persistent irregularities in American voting systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
In a risibly ridiculous case of an article aging poorly, the following day Stuart A. Thompson was forced to press with the follow-up piece “Election Software Executive Arrested on Suspicion of Theft,” wherein Thompson detailed how Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was taken into custody on an indictment for suspicion of theft from the LA County DA. Investigators had found that Konnech was storing data in China, a violation of their contract with LA County. This comes after True the Vote and others had reported concerns about the company’s data security to the FBI, which appears to have declined to conduct a thorough and effective investigation.
One might conclude this amounts to a sudden and precipitous narrative collapse for ideologically motivated defenders of the 2020 election results. A press release from the LA DA’s office was swift to point out that this violation had not affected election results, but offered little justification for how they came to that specific conclusion. Konnech denies unlawful conduct by the company or Mr. Yu and asserts that his detention is “wrongful.”
In a most unfortunate turn of events Fox 2 Detroit published their own take on the Konnech CEO indictment story but used a photo of Freedom of Commerce’s National President and ethnically Korean Eugene Yu, who coincidentally shares the same name with the Konnech’s ethnically Chinese Eugene Yu (the incorrect attribution is uncorrected at press time for this release and can be found here: https://www.fox2detroit.com/news/michigan-election-software-ceo-arrested-on-suspicion-of-stealing-election-worker-info.amp). It is not unsurprising for Fox 2 Detroit to publish a local piece about this story, since Konnech’s Eugene Yu was arrested in the Michigan township where he resides on the indictment from LA County. However, Fox’s utterly careless misuse of Freedom of Commerce National President Eugene Yu’s image improperly connects the otherwise unassociated ethnically Korean Eugene Yu to this story about potential Chinese electoral data spying.
We demand that Fox 2 Detroit issue a retraction on this story immediately and take all reasonable measures to limit or reverse the spread of this harmful misinformation. We will be consulting with our staff attorneys on potential further appropriate action to deal with this, at first face, seemingly grossly negligent conduct by the local Fox News affiliate.

The TerraMar Project, which was a UN NGO (non profit) micronation with diplomatic immunity, created their own passports. Ghislaine Maxwell is now demanding the UN get her out of jail! (Sounds like blackmail..as she knows the UN funded her child trafficking network...she's playing her Deep State Card) Jeffrey Epstein and Ghisliane Maxwell owned and operated a mysterious company called TerraMar. TerraMar listed a Manhattan property owned by the Rothschilds as a base, was funded by the Clinton Foundation, and was considered a micronation with UN issued passports for the ocean which offered its citizens diplomatic immunity until the collapse of the project. Ghislaine Maxwell’s TerraMar Project In 2012, Ghislaine Maxwell founded the TerraMar Project. At a UN conference, Ghislaine presented and said through TerraMar that she was actually representing the interests of Jeffrey Epstein and the Clinton Foundation, which seeded her project with millions of dollars in funding. Ghislaine Maxwell has already turned in financial records revealing the funding she and Epstein received from the Clinton Foundation. TerraMar was positioned as an NGO dedicated to saving the oceans from humanity. It seems much more likely that TerraMar, which owned its own submarine, was a front for human trafficking. According to The New York Times, the TerraMar Project was an “opaque organization that had no offices, gave no grants to other organizations.” However, within a week of the human trafficker Epstein’s arrest, Maxwell closed down her United Nations-sponsored NGO. Was TerraMar part of a vast ocean child trafficking network? Associates and financiers of the TerraMar Project included many of those who we now recognize as being linked with child sex trafficking, including the Clinton Foundation, Comet Ping Pong’s James Alefantis, John Podesta, and Tamera Luzzatto, along with many others. Luzzatto was Hillary Clinton’s Chief of Staff. She is now Senior Vice President of Government Relations at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Luzzatto published a disturbing website called Evie’s Crib. She wrote the infamous email to John Podesta published by WikiLeaks that seemed as though she had been pimping her infant grandchildren to the political elite. After the death of Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine’s father, in 1991, she moved to a Manhattan property owned by Lynn Foreseter de Rothschild, whose husband is British banker Evelyn Robert de Rothschild. The property was also listed as the base for Terramar.
